Terrel Galloway

Co-Founder & Executive Director of Programming

Terrell Galloway is a Pittsburgh native driven by a lesson his mother instilled in him early in life: always leave a place better than you found it. That principle sparked his interest in engineering as a way to build, improve, and create impact, leading him to begin his academic journey at Tuskegee University before transferring to the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

While at Pitt, Terrell co-founded Future Kings Mentoring, a nonprofit he continues to lead six years later, focused on helping Black and Brown young men build confidence, develop financial literacy, and navigate their career paths. Today he still serves as Future Kings Mentoring Executive Director.

Terrell’s career spans aerospace, nuclear, education, retail, and construction, giving him a unique, cross-industry perspective on problem-solving and leadership. Last May, he earned his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, further strengthening his ability to connect technical expertise with business strategy. He now serves as Corporate Development Manager at Pro Max Fence Systems, where he is leading the effort to open and grow the company’s Pittsburgh branch, combining his engineering background, construction experience, and business acumen to drive strategic expansion.

A 2026 Pittsburgh Business Times 30 Under 30 honoree, Terrell is passionate about helping others build purposeful careers and create lasting impact in their communities.
