Program Director
James Alexander Hill II is a purpose-driven leader committed to developing people, strengthening communities, and creating lasting impact in Pittsburgh and beyond. He earned his Master of Business Administration from University of Findlay (Class of ’25), building on his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Wheeling University (Class of ’24). He is also a proud graduate of Central Catholic High School (Class of ’20).
While pursuing his academic career, James was a dedicated collegiate football player for five years, balancing the demands of athletics with his studies and leadership responsibilities—an experience that helped shape his discipline, resilience, and team-first mindset.
James currently serves as an Application Engineer at Schroeder Industries, where he specializes in designing and optimizing filtration systems while working closely with clients to deliver effective solutions. His professional experience also includes engineering internships focused on sustainable energy, construction design, and product development.
Beyond his career, James is deeply committed to community impact and youth development. As the Program Director of Future Kings Mentorship in Pittsburgh, PA, he has been instrumental in mentoring young men, promoting leadership, financial literacy, and personal growth. A faith-driven leader, James brings integrity, purpose, and a passion for service into every area of his work. Driven by purpose, James is committed to building leaders, strengthening communities, and leaving a lasting impact that extends far beyond himself.
